DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
1.1. SELLER

1.2. The BUYER is the natural or legal person who places an order through the klctak.com website and whose information is included in the order form. (Hereinafter referred to as the BUYER).

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of T-shirts, Neck Warmers and similar products ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website klctak.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION
The type, quantity, color, sale price, and payment method of the product subject to this contract consist of the information provided in the shopping cart at the time the order is placed and in the order confirmation email sent to the BUYER.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
4.1. Withdrawal Period The SELLER, in order to ensure customer satisfaction, has set the withdrawal period as 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of delivery of the goods.

4.2. Return Conditions Items to be returned (T-shirts, scarves, etc.) must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

4.3. Discounted and Promotional Products: Products sold on klctak.com under the categories of Discounted, Promotional, Outlet, or Special Offer are non-returnable. By purchasing these products, the BUYER acknowledges and accepts that returns are not possible.

4.4. Hygiene Exception: For products that come into direct contact with the face and mouth area, such as neck gaiters, returns are not accepted if the product packaging or protective wrapping has been opened, due to health and hygiene regulations.

5. RETURN PROCESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
5.1. Application Channel Return transactions can only be processed through the Customer Service unit located on the klctak.com website.

5.2. Information Requirement The BUYER is obligated to provide the order number, reason for return, and product information completely when submitting a return request. Returns sent without providing the necessary information or without obtaining customer service approval on the site will not be processed.

5.3. Approval Process After requests that meet the return conditions are reviewed by customer service and approved, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER via the payment method used within the legal timeframe.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are aware of the preliminary information on the klctak.com website and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

6.2. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

7. EFFECTIVE DATE
By completing their order through the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
